Title of the course : Higher Diploma in Co-Operative Management(HDCM)

Objective:(i)To develop change agents in co-operatives who can ;
(A)Motivate the members and managing committee to participate in the management of co-operative enterprises;
(B)Achieve the enterprise goals by meeting the member as well as national goals.
(ii).To enrich the managers working in co-operatives by :
(A)Improving their conceptual capabilities in understanding the managerial problems of co-operatives.
(B) Upgrading their skills and abilities to use appropriate techniques for managing co-operative.
C) Developing attitude approximate for achieving excellence in co-operative management and administration.
Eliglibility:(i)Personnel working in co-operative department and co-operative institutions with minimum qualification of graduation.
(ii)Private candidate, fulfilling the minimum required qualifications can also be admitted.
(iii)SC/ST candidates will be admitted as per the norms fixed in this behalf by the Govt. of India.
(iv)Maximum 40 years ,relaxable in special cases.
