EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Established by the Agricultural Credit Department of Reserve Bank of India in the year 1954-55, DNSRICM is one of the 19 residential Institutes of cooperative Management in India run by the National Council of Cooperative Training (NCCT), New Delhi.
NCCT is a central agency in charge of overall planning, monitoring and implementing training programmes for the personnel of Cooperative Department/Institutions and allied sectors. The main objective of the Institute is to develop Human Resources in the Cooperative and allied sectors for efficient, effective and professionalised cooperative management. In pursuance of the above objectives the Institute caters to the management training needs of the Department/Institutional personnel of Bihar/Jharkhand states and a few States of N-E Region.
DNSRICM is in expansion mode. There is a proposal to diversify its list of Training Services to include more sectors and themes. Towards this, it is interested in partnering with leading agencies in Training, Human Resources Consultancy and Social Project Implementation works.
1. Engagement Details
a. DNSRICM will enter into a time-bound comprehensive MOU with shortlisted agencies thereby forming a winning partnership.
b. The entities constituting the MOU will jointly work towards Business Development, Project Management and Delivery of Various Assignments.
c. A transparent and jointly agreed revenue sharing mechanism will be put in place to ensure positive business impact to all partner agencies.
2. Agencies that will be short listed must lie under any of the following categories:
a. Knowledge Partner: Organizations that will provide DNSRICM with technical inputs related to HR Consultancy and or Training, including Finalization of Content Framework, Inputs related to Implementation of Instructional Design, Train-the-Trainer Programmes etc.
b. Implementation Partner: Organizations who have capability to execute large projects in Training, Implementing Development Projects, Proven expertise in HR Consultancy and Content Development etc.
c. Knowledge-cum-Implementation Partner: Organizations who can play both the roles
3. Eligibility Criteria:
Agencies meeting the eligibility criteria and those who are interested in submitting their EOI, need to send details covering the above mentioned topics to the Director, D. N. S. Regional Institute of Cooperative Management, Shastri Nagar, Patna-800023 latest by 30th of August 2014. Interested agencies not fulfilling the aforesaid criteria but are adept in any sort of innovative area/s may also submit their EOI and such applications also may be considered.
Incomplete application/s received after the last date of submission mentioned above will not be entertained for short listing/empanelment.
